- 30-Day Return Window
You may return your Solo Check™ tool within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please get in touch with us.
Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we make an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Refund timing may vary based on your payment provider
- Exchanges & Replacements
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Non-Returnable Items
Used items or returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted unless the product is proven defective.
